Spain Coverage
Spain is Amanda's most comprehensive jurisdiction. Coverage spans non-resident income tax filings (Modelo 210 for both rental and imputed income, with draft-form prefill), short-term rental licensing across four autonomous communities, administrative registrations (NIE, AEAT, digital certificate, fiscal representative), and immigration status tracking for digital nomad visa and TIE holders. Resident obligations including UK pension cross-border triage are also covered.
- You own a holiday apartment in Andalusia and rent it on Airbnb part of the year
- You are a British retiree spending winters in Spain and need to understand your tax residency risk
- You hold a digital nomad visa and want to track your TIE renewal and Beckham regime eligibility
- You need to file Modelo 210 quarterly for rental income and annually for imputed income
