1. Use of Amanda

By accessing or using amanda.legal, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use Amanda.

2. What Amanda is

Amanda is a legal memory service.

Amanda helps surface potential legal obligations, track deadlines, and preserve proof of compliance.

Amanda does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. No legal or tax advice

Amanda provides informational and tracking functions only.

Laws and obligations vary by jurisdiction and personal circumstances. Amanda does not replace professional legal or tax advisors.

You remain responsible for obtaining professional advice where required.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy of the information you enter
• your own legal compliance
• securing your device and backups
• seeking professional advice when necessary

Amanda does not make legal determinations on your behalf.

5. Data and privacy

By default, Amanda stores your legal memory locally on your device.

Amanda does not receive or retain your personal legal information unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Clearing your browser data will permanently remove your local legal memory.

6. Intellectual property

Amanda, including her software, design, and rule structures, is protected by intellectual property law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to reproduce Amanda's internal logic.

7. Service availability

Amanda is provided on an "as available" basis.

Availability, accuracy, and continuity are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amanda is not liable for:

• fines, penalties, or legal consequences
• loss of data
• errors, omissions, or delays
• decisions made based on Amanda's outputs

Amanda serves as an informational memory layer only.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

The current version will always be available on this page.

10. Discontinuation

Amanda may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

Because your legal memory is stored locally, you retain your data even if Amanda is discontinued.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.

12. AdminTask purchases

AdminTask packs (such as the Spanish NIE pack) are one-time digital products. Payment is processed by Stripe; delivery is immediate via an emailed download link.

Each download link is valid for a limited time. Your purchase remains associated with the email address used at checkout for 12 months from the date of purchase. During that period you may request a fresh download link at any time from the redownload page.

No refunds. Because AdminTask packs are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once the pack has been generated.

Exception: if a payment-processing error prevents delivery, please contact us and we will investigate. Refunds may be issued where warranted in cases of confirmed delivery failure.

Support for AdminTask purchases is limited to delivery and access issues, including:

• download link not received
• pack cannot be accessed or downloaded
• payment-processing errors

Support does not cover:

• rejection or follow-up questions from a consulate or other authority
• document interpretation or translation
• legal, tax, or immigration advice
• guidance on filling fields not pre-populated by the pack

Amanda may, at its discretion, review such cases but does not commit to support beyond delivery of the pack.
